Eric Lu is the 1st Prize winner of the International Ettlingen Piano Competition Category A(16 years or under).

Eric Lu just came back from the Junior Academy Eppan, where 8 kids from all over the world came for masterclasses and concerts. I am a winner chosen by the audience during the concert.

 Eric Lu just turned 13 years old. Eric began taking piano lessons at age 5 1/2. Eric have been taking piano lessons for 6 years with Mrs. Dorothy Shi. Eric also have been taking lessons with world renowned pianist Yin Cheng-Zhong for 4 years, and is taking seminar and private lessons with Mr. Rivera.  Since then, Eric has won several competitions, including 1st Place in the State Piano Competition in 2004, 2005, 2007, and 2008. Eric am the MTNA Eastern Division winner. Eric have recently won the James R. Powers Concerto Competition (18 years or under, any instruments), and has played Beethoven's Piano Concerto no.3 with the Boston Civic Symphony Orchestra. Eric also been the Ehlers Concerto Competition finalist for 2 years in a row.

Eric Lu is the 2nd Prize winner of the MTNA National Competition.
       
Eric am a HUGE baseball fan,(Go Red Sox!) and have ranked the Top 100 active baseball players, all positional rankings. My favorite baseball player is Albert Pujols. I also really like Basketball and Football.
